Welcome to BI

Benjamin Franklin wisely said, “When you’re finished changing, you’re finished.”

Over the years, our company has constantly developed and adapted to meet the needs of our customers and to embrace new technology. Change is not easy, but it’s required for the long-term results that BI —or any successful company—wants to achieve.

So as we grow and change, the way we look and present ourselves grows and changes. BI is adopting several important changes that we envision will position us for continued growth and success.

First, we’re updating our name. Business Ink, Company is our legal name and still will be. However, we often refer to ourselves as BI, and our customers use that business “nickname.” We’ve decided to refine and formalize that reference a bit, and will use BI Company or BI as our name in conversations with customers, in correspondence and so forth.

Secondly, we’re refreshing our logo. The BI logo you know has served us well for many years. But like clothing and automobiles, logo styles change over time. Our refreshed logo represents BI now and moving into the future: sleek, clean, and modern, with a sense of motion and purpose. But it retains ties to its proud past in making the BI initials the primary focus.

And, lastly, we’ve built a new Web site and updated our domain name. Like the logo, the components of the new site will tell the world what BI is doing today and what to look forward to in the future. Above all else, the site will recognize the importance of our history and our long-standing values.

No matter what our name is, what our logo looks like, or how our Web site appears, one thing won’t change: BI’s passion to serve our customers. For every customer, we listen, we innovate, and we keep on top of what’s happening with a project from start to finish. We do this through our commitment to the best technology, the best practices, and the best employees to get the job done.

Even with a new logo, revamped name, and redesigned Web site, we’re certainly not “finished.” We’re always open to ideas how we can better serve our customers. If you have any questions about how BI can help you with your data management and delivery, please contact me.
